Guess, the global fashion retailer, needed to modernize its in-store experience to deliver personalized customer journeys: capture customer location data in a privacy-compliant way, build 360-degree profiles, provide seamless connectivity, and reveal real-time moments to trigger timely messaging. Guess chose Cloud4Wi to unlock customer location data and extend its Cisco Meraki store infrastructure while integrating with its martech stack and CDP on Microsoft Azure.

Cloud4Wi implemented a three-phase rollout—consent-based branded WiFi onboarding, martech integrations to sync location and profile data, and real-time journey triggers—starting with a 90+ store pilot and expanding to approximately 500+ stores. The Cloud4Wi deployment now collects 5,000+ new subscribers per week and reveals hundreds of thousands of real-time moments yearly, enabling cleaner data, targeted in-store and online messaging; Guess is continuing global rollout toward 700+ stores and plans Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration.
