Campari Group, the global spirits company behind more than 50 premium brands, needed a better way to collect first-party consumer data and create personalized brand experiences at its Brand Houses and office locations. To do this, Campari turned to Cloud4Wi and its enterprise WiFi platform to onboard guests seamlessly, distinguish new from returning visitors, and support privacy-compliant data collection across multiple touchpoints.

Cloud4Wi implemented branded captive portals and flexible login options across 51 locations, with data integrated into Campari’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights platform. As a result, Campari now captures actionable location data and has generated 9,000+ new consumer contacts in the last three months, helping build a more complete 360-degree view of its consumers.
