Herschend Family Entertainment (HFE), the largest family‑owned themed entertainment company in the U.S., needed reliable guest connectivity in mountain parks with poor cellular service and wanted to increase mobile‑app adoption and customer data capture. HFE selected Cloud4Wi’s application suite (deployed on Samsung hardware) to power free park WiFi and turn connectivity into a marketing channel.

Cloud4Wi enabled HFE to build custom splash pages, offer multiple login options (Facebook, Instagram, email), and create area‑specific WiFi experiences to collect behavioral data and individual guest profiles. The deployment (including Silver Dollar City and Dollywood) produced a 75% opt‑in rate and about 2,800 customer profiles per location each week, boosting app downloads, in‑park engagement, and targeted marketing capabilities.
