Guest WiFi drives customer and management ‘likes’ for Italy’s campsite leader

HumanCompany, an Italian hospitality group operating eight camping villages, three hotels and multiple food and entertainment venues, needed guest WiFi that did more than provide connectivity. The company wanted a cloud‑managed solution that could collect guest insights via a simple, privacy‑friendly splash page, support multilingual and social logins, boost social media engagement, and be managed centrally — requirements that led them to select Cloud4Wi’s product suite (deployed by Sistemi ICT on Ruckus infrastructure).

Sistemi ICT implemented Cloud4Wi’s location‑based marketing and analytics platform to deliver branded, multilingual splash pages, social login, targeted advertising banners, and centralized cloud management. The Cloud4Wi deployment now runs across 160 access points at 10 campsites with 828,600 users (55% recurring), and helped drive a +36.8% increase in social presence (nearly a 40% rise in “likes”), while enabling guest insights and targeted promotions; HumanCompany plans to expand Cloud4Wi’s location analytics to optimize staffing and guest flow.
