Cloud4Wi enabled PerDormire to turn one-time store visitors into brand ambassadors thanks to in-store WiFi

PerDormire, an Italian mattress and bedding retailer with over 120 stores, needed a simple, GDPR-compliant way to connect online and offline customer touchpoints, grow its database, and turn anonymous store visitors into known, engaged customers and brand ambassadors. To meet these goals it selected Cloud4Wi and its application suite to enable in-store WiFi-driven customer capture and personalization.

Cloud4Wi deployed its application suite (with Cisco Meraki hardware recommended for the WiFi rollout) across 76 stores, using a welcome portal that offered social and email logins, created digital identities for devices, and delivered out-of-the-box marketing (including coupon offers). The results: 1,400+ customer profiles collected in three months, an 81% opt-in rate, an 82% email open rate and a 53% coupon redemption rate. Cloud4Wi’s solution also provided CRM and API integrations to feed in-store behaviors into systems like Salesforce for future omnichannel personalization and look-alike campaigns.
