Kempinski Hotel Migrates To G Suite (Google Apps) With Cloud Technology Solutions

Luxury hotel group Kempinski Hotels faced rising operational costs and administrative complexity with its on-premise Novell GroupWise email system. As part of a strategic five-year plan focused on growth and efficiency, they sought a cloud-based solution to reduce overhead. After evaluating options, they selected G Suite (Google Apps) and partnered with vendor Cloud Technology Solutions to manage the migration.

Cloud Technology Solutions implemented the migration using its CloudMigrator tool to transfer all messages, appointments, and contacts from the old system. The project, which began with a pilot in 2010, was completed on target, successfully freeing hotel staff from infrastructure administration. This allowed them to focus on driving greater operational efficiencies from the application itself.
