Cloud Technology Partners helped an Anti-Virus Software Provider prepare for a full-scale migration of its customer-facing anti-virus software to Microsoft Azure. As the organization restructured, it needed both a Cloud Business Office (CBO) to govern the migration and a Minimum Viable Cloud (MVC) with secure infrastructure, while its internal teams lacked cloud processes and skills.

Cloud Technology Partners built a reference architecture and baseline Azure infrastructure, implemented the Cloud Business Office, migrated pilot development and production applications, and trained the internal team to operate independently. The result was a secure MVC on Azure, a successfully running CBO, and the customer moving into planning for a full migration of its application suite to Azure.
