Quick International Improves Global Accuracy with Google Maps

Quick International, a global mission-critical shipping provider serving life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, aviation, and high-tech customers, needed to improve the accuracy of pickup and delivery details for time-sensitive shipments. Because even small address errors or incomplete information could affect safety and transit time, the company looked to Cloud Sherpas and Google Maps for Business to help its teams find locations more reliably and plan routes more effectively.

Cloud Sherpas implemented Google Maps to give Quick International faster, more accurate location data, address verification, directions, distance and drive-time calculations, plus traffic and weather overlays. The first phase of the rollout was nearly complete and was already improving address accuracy and mileage counting; future plans included linking Google Maps with archived shipment data to support trend analysis and forecasting.
