Financial Services Provider Goes Google to Support BYOD Culture

Enova International, Inc., a financial services company with more than 900 employees, needed a better email and collaboration platform as it expanded globally and supported many devices in a BYOD environment. Its hosted Microsoft Exchange setup was difficult to maintain, especially for non-Windows users, and created headaches around Blackberry integration, security, and compliance. Enova turned to Cloud Sherpas, using Google Apps for Work to modernize its productivity stack.

Cloud Sherpas migrated 500 Microsoft Exchange users to Gmail, customized Google Apps, trained users, and implemented SecureAuth for single sign-on along with Google’s antivirus, archiving, and encryption services. The result was a smoother rollout with strong security and compliance support, no email servers to manage, faster account provisioning, and hands-off administration for IT. Enova also expanded into Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Groups, and employees praised the consistent experience and collaboration improvements.
