Blackbaud Unifies Processes With Salesforce

Blackbaud, a software company serving nonprofit organizations worldwide, needed to unify sales and related processes after 11 acquisitions left it with multiple legacy CRM systems, including Saleslogix and Excel. The company wanted a cloud-based, mobile, scalable platform for its global sales and services teams, and turned to Cloud Sherpas for help with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related implementations.

Cloud Sherpas got Blackbaud back on track, replacing the legacy tools with Salesforce Sales Cloud and later integrating it with FinancialForce, Apttus, Marketo, and SAP, while also building a custom Partner Community and Marketplace. The rollout standardized processes, simplified workflows, improved collaboration, and expanded to about 1,400 Salesforce users, delivering measurable gains in efficiency, visibility, and return on investment.
