The Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors faced slow, laborious member transactions, with payments previously handled by cheque or over the phone. It needed a better way to support self-service, online bookings, and e-commerce, so it turned to Cloud Pro’s Pro-8 CRM solution.
Cloud Pro implemented Pro-8 CRM to fully integrate with the Institute’s website, adding online renewals, service bookings, product sales, and secure direct debit payments. The result was a major shift online, with two-thirds of bookings now made via the web and a goal of reaching 90% online bookings, while also improving member engagement and operational efficiency.
