NaviSite's hybrid cloud chosen to power Highways England

Costain Group selected Cloud Pro’s hybrid cloud hosting to power Highways England’s Electronic Service Delivery for Abnormal Loads (ESDAL) application. The challenge was to support an always-on service that could deliver fast response times, high reliability, and the flexibility to scale as needed.

Cloud Pro implemented a hybrid cloud platform that improved uptime and gave Costain a stronger foundation to further develop the ESDAL solution and adopt new technologies. As a result, ESDAL was expanded into a free service for local councils, government departments, and private companies, and the successful rollout became the first of many projects Costain planned with Cloud Pro.
