Mount10 operates highly secure underground datacentres in the Swiss Alps and needed a way to provide reliable backup and disaster recovery services while ensuring maximum physical and data security. Working with Cloud Pro and Veeam, Mount10 wanted a solution that would support its proactive service model and protect customer data end to end.

Cloud Pro helped Mount10 launch an encrypted cloud backup service using Veeam Cloud Connect, so only encrypted data could be sent to its datacentres. This strengthened security and simplified service delivery, while also supporting Mount10’s geographically separated storage model and green cooling infrastructure. The service launched on 1 June and has been going very well, helping Mount10 improve customer protection and service reliability.
