Case Study: City of Vantaa achieves more efficient information management with Cloud Pro

M-Files and Esri Finland partner up for Vantaa's information management

City of Vantaa needed a more comprehensive way to manage information for land use, town planning, construction supervision, and municipal services. To support its vision for a virtual city model, the city turned to Cloud Pro, using a solution built with M-Files and Esri Finland to bring together mapping data, ERP, and case/document management.

Cloud Pro implemented an integrated, cloud-based information management system that reduced the need for separate tools and made data easier to access and visualize on maps. The solution also added project management and mobile access, improving collaboration and efficiency across the city. According to the case study, the new approach could boost efficiency by as much as one third while also lowering operating costs.
