LUSH, the UK handmade cosmetics company known for its ethical and environmental stance, needed a better way to track its sustainability performance across 102 stores, offices, and factory sites. Its team was struggling with thousands of spreadsheets and a highly manual process to monitor 100 indicators, from energy and water use to waste and packaging.
