GTA Travel, the global hotel sourcing company, was struggling with manual, email-heavy processes and spreadsheet-based administration across 150 countries. Working with Cloud Pro and Salesforce, the company wanted a better way to manage contacts, track leads, and improve collaboration across its worldwide workforce.
Cloud Pro helped GTA Travel implement Salesforce CRM and Chatter to replace outdated workflows with cloud-based, connected processes. The result was better lead tracking, faster contract turnaround, stronger cross-department collaboration, and fewer operational bottlenecks; 1,200 employees were already using Chatter, about 800 were using Salesforce CRM, and the company planned to expand Chatter to 2,300 staff.
