Holiday Extras, a travel add-ons company that shifted most of its bookings from phone to web, wanted to modernize its business and unlock growth through technology. The results were strong: turnover grew from £160m to £200m in three years, and the business reported about 25% growth even during an economic downturn, with the new cloud systems running efficiently after a full “big bang” migration.
