Case Study: HeliOffshore achieves safer offshore helicopter operations with Cloud Pro and Jive

HeliOffshore selects Jive to power community platform

HeliOffshore, the global helicopter safety organization, needed a secure way to bring together its members and industry partners to share ideas, best practices, and safety information for offshore operations. It chose Cloud Pro’s Jive collaboration platform to create HeliOffshore Space, a digital community for more than 400 people across 80+ member organizations, including major aircraft manufacturers and oil and gas representatives.

Cloud Pro, working with Tonic Analytics, implemented Jive alongside the red.thread data analytics platform to connect member conversations with operational data. The result was a more flexible, secure collaboration environment that made it easier to grant access and enabled competitors to work together effectively; HeliOffshore says this has expanded collaboration and helped drive ever-higher levels of offshore helicopter safety.
