Gray’s Inn, one of the four ancient Inns of Court, needed to replace a manual, paper-heavy events booking process that relied on Word, Excel, Outlook, and repeated data entry. The team was spending too much time retyping enquiries, tracking spreadsheets, and avoiding double bookings, prompting the search for a proper events management system from Cloud Pro.
