Waitrose, the 65,000-employee supermarket chain with 340 stores, wanted to modernize its operations and improve collaboration as retail customer behavior and shopping patterns changed. The rollout was described as seamless and engaging, and it helped Waitrose improve knowledge sharing, staff development, and overall collaboration at scale.
