Cloud provides documentation solution for e-invoicing firm

OB10 Ltd, the e-invoicing company with nearly 300 employees across offices in London, Atlanta, Kuala Lumpur and Sofia, needed a better way to manage product, project, compliance and HR documents. Its existing internal system was inefficient, and alternatives like SharePoint did not give staff easy access to documentation from mobile devices or support collaboration across a global workforce.

Cloud Pro implemented Alfresco’s cloud-based document management platform for OB10 Ltd, providing mobile access, workflow collaboration, version control and secure permission management. The rollout was smooth and required no company-wide training; it launched with 30 users and about 1,000 documents, with plans to expand to 300 users. OB10 reported that Cloud Pro’s solution was intuitive, flexible and well supported, enabling efficient global document access and control.
