Noble Foods, an eggs supplier, was struggling with a mostly paper-based audit and reporting process that relied on spreadsheets to track farm-to-fork traceability and support internal and regulatory reporting. To improve data integrity and supply chain visibility, Noble Foods turned to Cloud Pro and its cloud-based LinkFresh Quality Assurance solution.

Cloud Pro implemented a cloud-enabled QA system on Microsoft Azure that captures GMP audit data on mobile devices, including photos and videos, and syncs it to a central database for company-wide access. The solution also works offline, removing the need for scanners and manual paperwork, and made audit results immediately available online across computers and tablets, improving efficiency, traceability, and real-time reporting.
