Calligo deploys Cloudian object storage

Calligo, a cloud service provider, needed to expand beyond its existing Solidfire flash storage and respond to customer demand for object-based storage compatible with Amazon S3 and other cloud platforms. To solve this, Calligo turned to Cloud Pro’s Cloudian object storage offering, specifically Cloudian HyperStore, to improve capacity and interoperability.

Cloud Pro helped Calligo deploy three Cloudian nodes on Lenovo hardware, delivering 100% S3 compatibility and smooth integration with existing infrastructure. The implementation enabled Calligo to speed up new service rollout and begin offering Storage-as-a-Service, with plans to extend the solution across all global data centres and add more backup, archive, and storage services.
