IceMobile chose Cloud Pro, using CA Technologies’ API Management platform, to better connect its Bright Loyalty Platform with retailers’ CRM, PoS, and real-time transaction data. The goal was to deliver more personalised offers to customers’ mobile devices without disrupting existing systems or staff.

Cloud Pro, through CA Technologies’ API Management solution, integrated multiple data sources into IceMobile’s existing infrastructure, making offer delivery more scalable and improving customer engagement and loyalty. The implementation cut deployment time from 14 weeks to 8 weeks and eliminated the need to build and test custom software.
