Barratt Developments moved its tendering and risk management processes to the cloud with Cloud Pro, using Wax Digital’s web3 eSourcing platform. The housebuilder needed a better way to manage supplier and subcontractor tenders, while also solving ongoing drawing version-control issues and improving health and safety compliance across its supply chain.

Cloud Pro’s implementation of web3 eSourcing, together with web3 Connect, created a single integration point with Barratt’s Conject drawing portal so only the latest drawings are sent to suppliers and contractors. The platform also standardised tender responses for easier analysis and strengthened supplier risk management by tracking health and safety certificates and insurance details, helping Barratt manage its complex supply chain more efficiently.
