ANSecurity helped Northern Doctors Urgent Care, part of the Vocare Group, address the challenge of securely supporting a fast-growing remote workforce across 3,300 staff, 9 call centres and more than 40 sites. The organization needed better communication, stronger security, and expert guidance to support teleworking doctors and a small IT team, using a BYOD platform and related secure access tools.

ANSecurity implemented Juniper SRX Series Firewalls and Pulse Secure Connect Secure appliances, along with endpoint integrity checks, SSL VPN access, two-factor authentication, and policy controls, plus Shoretel VoIP for call-centre communication. The result was a secure, easy-to-use, scalable system that improved connection between clinical staff and patients; ANSecurity’s work helped Northern Doctors Urgent Care expand remote user support from under 10 to over 200 over nine years while maintaining best-practice security.
