Huawei, a global telecommunications company, faced significant challenges in managing its vast and distributed internal IT infrastructure, which included over 800 applications running on more than 100,000 virtual machines. This migration resulted in a dramatic improvement, with global deployment cycles decreasing from a week to minutes and application delivery efficiency improving tenfold. Huawei also achieved a 20-30% reduction in operating expenses.
