Harmoney Grows Revenue, Increases Loan Volumes With Cloud Lending Solutions

Harmoney, New Zealand’s leading licensed marketplace lending company, needed to launch a scalable, secure and flexible platform to enter new markets and roll out products quickly while avoiding complex legacy systems. To achieve a fast, cost-effective deployment with global engineering support and a Salesforce-based architecture, Harmoney engaged Cloud Lending Solutions for a cloud-based investor and loan management platform.

Cloud Lending Solutions implemented its cloud investor and loan-management system to automate full loan cycles, manage multiple investor portfolios, and link borrowers and lenders with customizable workflows. As a result, Harmoney has facilitated about NZ$200 million in settled loans since its 2015 launch, funds 90% of loans within 24 hours, attracted institutional capital enabling access to NZ$500 million of lending capital, sped up approvals, reduced back-office effort, and delivered strong lender returns (roughly 12% net).
