Case Study: PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa boosts vaccination operations with Cloud Kinetics managed cloud services

PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa cuts IT operations costs by 20% with Cloud Kinetics

The customer, PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa, faced the immense challenge of scaling its Vaksinku vaccination app to serve hundreds of thousands of users across Indonesia's archipelago while managing logistics and controlling costs. They sought a stable, scalable cloud infrastructure to handle peak demand and partnered with vendor Cloud Kinetics to implement a solution using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), MySQL, and BigQuery.

Cloud Kinetics provided managed services, implementing a scalable GCP solution with 24/7 monitoring and their proprietary Arcus Smart Cloud Management platform. This resulted in a 20% reduction in monthly IT operations costs for Jasuindo and provided a single pane of glass for monitoring with 99.9% availability, streamlining logistics and enabling efficient nationwide coordination for the vaccination initiative.
