HiLife Interactive Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based technology company, needed help migrating its datacentre operations as it expanded into Thailand and Vietnam. To maintain 99.9% availability and handle growing application traffic without constant manual intervention, HiLife turned to Cloud Kinetics for support, using AWS-based infrastructure including Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, and Amazon S3.

Cloud Kinetics implemented managed services to run HiLife’s AWS environment, including capacity planning, architecture reviews, backup management, and proactive monitoring, along with backup tooling such as AWS RDS Backup Scheduler, SQL dump backups, and CloudBerry Backup. As a result, HiLife achieved 99% backup success, reduced troubleshooting time by 70%, enabled automatic failover to standby database instances, and gained full backup visibility from a single view.
