Digiworld, a leading market expansion services provider in Vietnam, needed a faster and more flexible way to scale compute and storage as the business grew. With its on-premises data center, capacity upgrades took 6–8 weeks, and manual tape backups required about four hours each day. Digiworld worked with Cloud Kinetics and AWS, using Amazon S3 and a managed backup solution to modernize its storage and protection strategy.

Cloud Kinetics helped Digiworld migrate from a private data center to AWS, automate backup operations, and decommission its manual tape system. The move reduced provisioning time from weeks to minutes, cut the overnight backup process to about five minutes, and delivered overall man-hour savings of 45–55%. Cloud Kinetics also completed the migration ahead of schedule, in three weeks instead of four.
