Customer Data Hub Implementation On AWS MNC Conglomerate

Cloud Kinetics worked with Conglomerate Company, an Indian multinational with businesses spanning FMCG, hotels, packaging, paperboards, and agri-business, to build a specialized Consumer Data Hub on AWS. The customer needed a secure, fast-to-deploy platform for consumer emotional analytics, with complex networking, strict security controls, and tight deadlines.

Cloud Kinetics designed and implemented the AWS solution using S3 for raw, curated, and segmented data, Matillion for ETL, Redshift for analytics, and Lambda/EC2 for data transfer into Redshift. Cloud Kinetics also set up a secondary AD on AWS, enabled secure networking within the customer’s InfoSec boundaries, supported integration and troubleshooting, and provided 24/7 monitoring via Arcus. The result was a highly secure, cost-controllable cloud platform with encrypted data at rest and in transit, optimized Redshift performance, and improved transparency and simplicity in operations.
