CRM Software Setup on AWS Non-Banking Financial Corporation

Leading Non-banking Financial Company, an Indian NBFC offering financing for vehicles and consumer durables, wanted to set up a customized INFOR CRM environment on AWS. Its challenge was to build a UAT environment first and then replicate the same setup for Production, while keeping the infrastructure continuously monitored and optimized for cost and usage. Cloud Kinetics supported the customer in architecting and sizing the AWS-based CRM setup.

Cloud Kinetics implemented the INFOR CRM solution on AWS, reusing the customer’s existing WAF and SSL certificates, encrypting data at rest with AWS KMS, and setting up 24/7 monitoring through the Arcus platform. After UAT trials, the environment was resized to optimize spend, with stop/start schedules added to further reduce cost. The project was delivered before deadline, the customer’s testing success criteria were met, and Production could be created with minimal effort based on the UAT setup.
