Central Finance and Funding Agency in Indonesia scales to 15,000 nodes with Cloud Kinetics

A central finance and funding agency in Indonesia faced a significant challenge in connecting with banks, businesses, and consumers across the country's vast archipelago. Its centralized data centers in Jakarta were unfeasible and created bandwidth bottlenecks. The agency needed a robust, scalable, and always-available ICT infrastructure. It selected Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) on Google Cloud for the solution and partnered with the vendor Cloud Kinetics for implementation.

Cloud Kinetics implemented a secure, high-speed infrastructure on the Google Cloud Platform, optimizing the agency's applications, workloads, and processes on GKE. The solution provided by Cloud Kinetics enabled the agency to scale its infrastructure to meet rising demand while controlling costs. It successfully hosted the client's applications, database clusters, legacy workloads, and other critical components, resulting in a more scalable and efficient operation.
