APS Speed-Up Air Transportation Safety Improvement with GCP

Angkasa Pura Supports (APS), a subsidiary of Angkasa Pura I in Indonesia’s aerospace sector, needed to improve air transportation safety and keep pace with rising air travel and a changing aviation environment. To address this challenge, Cloud Kinetics helped APS migrate more of its workloads to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), reducing dependence on hardware constraints and long turnaround times.

Cloud Kinetics implemented standardized Compute Engine workloads and migrated highly utilized on-premises servers to GCP using assessment workshops and automated migration tools such as Velostrata. The result was a seamless migration with minimal downtime, cutting server setup and implementation time from weeks to just a few days for certain workloads, while improving agility and time to market to better support business and stakeholder demands.
