They utilized Salesforce Flows to build a multi-part application form that could be completed at the user's own pace and employed Conditional Visibility to dynamically show fields based on responses. The project was highly successful; NCS reported a 10% year-on-year increase in digital form completions, which represented 10,000 forms and saved an estimated 4,000 hours of contact centre agent time.
