Talanx Insures AWS Success Through Cloud Foundry Platform

Talanx, one of Europe’s top 20 insurance companies, needed a faster, more agile way to build and deploy applications as it moved from a traditional waterfall model to modern digital delivery. To support its Digital Lab and cloud migration on AWS, Talanx turned to Cloud Foundry and its platform services to help bridge the gap between legacy J2EE/WebSphere systems and cloud-native development.

Cloud Foundry helped Talanx automate deployments, simplify operations, and support microservices on AWS, replacing manual cloud formation updates, EC2 patching, and other time-consuming tasks. With Cloud Foundry, Talanx created a more self-automated environment using cf-push, improved delivery speed, and made it easier to add apps and services while reducing operational overhead across its AWS-based platform.
