The challenge was to improve student retention and streamline staff processes by replacing a fragmented system that required staff to navigate multiple separate applications and logins daily, which hindered efficient advising and student support.

Cloud for Good's solution centralized student data and advising activities into a single Salesforce platform. This implementation led to a 5% increase in the overall first-time student retention rate, with notable improvements such as a 6% increase in retention for Black students and a 10% increase for students identifying as two or more races. The system also empowered staff by eliminating redundant processes and the "Bronco Bounce," allowing them to focus on student success.
