Riley Children’s Foundation, the fundraising arm for Riley Hospital for Children, faced challenges with its previous Blackbaud Luminate systems. The organization struggled with duplicate data and limitations in managing constituents, donors, and communications, preventing a unified view of donor engagement. To overcome this, they partnered with Cloud for Good to implement a new solution using the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Pardot.

Cloud for Good implemented Salesforce NPSP and Pardot, unifying the Foundation's data and integrating Classy for online fundraising. This solution automated previously manual processes, most notably the creation of a "State of the Union Dashboard." What once took three business days to compile is now generated in real-time, saving significant staff time. The implementation by Cloud for Good has provided the Foundation with a streamlined, automated system that empowers their teams to focus on fundraising and creating more effective, personalized donor communications.
