The Parkinson’s Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving life for people with Parkinson's disease, faced a cumbersome and manual process for collecting program information from sponsors using outdated Luminate forms. This inefficient system created a poor user experience for internal staff and made data difficult to manage. Cloud for Good implemented a streamlined solution using FormAssembly, upgrading the license and building automated workflows with Salesforce Connectors. This created a central form for sponsor submissions and an efficient vetting process for staff. The results included significantly improved operational efficiency, a better customer service experience, and a revamped FormAssembly instance that was also used to replace a legacy e-commerce platform for publication orders. Cloud for Good's Managed Services provided ongoing strategic support, which the Foundation cited as an incredibly valuable investment.
