The Parkinson’s Foundation faced a cumbersome and inefficient process for collecting program information from its sponsors. Their previous system, using Luminate forms, lacked conditional logic and integration, forcing staff to manually export, compile, and manage data in static documents. To streamline this, they partnered with Cloud for Good to implement a solution using the FormAssembly platform.

Cloud for Good upgraded the foundation's FormAssembly license and built a centralized, automated form with prefill and conditional logic. This solution integrated directly with Salesforce, creating efficient workflows for submission vetting and data entry. The results significantly reduced manual work, eliminated duplicate records, and provided a scalable platform now also used for their online publication store. Cloud for Good's Managed Services provided ongoing strategic support, ensuring the foundation could continuously improve and adapt its processes.
