KCCTO unifies statewide workforce data and speeds improvements with Cloud for Good

Kansas Child Care Training Opportunities (KCCTO), a statewide leader in early childhood workforce development, faced challenges with fragmented data and training systems as it scaled. They had launched a workforce registry called Cape on Salesforce but lacked the internal resources to complete key functionality and manage a growing backlog of enhancements. KCCTO partnered with Cloud for Good to help stabilize and scale the platform.

Cloud for Good provided ongoing support through its Salesforce Enterprise Managed Services and helped build internal capacity via its Talent for Good program. The solution transformed Cape into a centralized hub, reducing manual work and providing a complete view of the workforce for better decision-making. Educators now have a more intuitive system to find training and track progress, enabling KCCTO to move from a reactive mode to one of strategic planning.
