JA Worldwide modernizes volunteer management for 35 users with Cloud for Good

JA Worldwide, one of the world's largest youth-serving NGOs, was facing challenges with its existing NGO Connect platform on Salesforce as it grew. The software was no longer meeting the needs of its global users. JA Worldwide sought a partner to help migrate to the more robust Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and selected Cloud for Good for its nonprofit sector expertise and specific experience with this type of migration.

Cloud for Good implemented the NPSP, configuring it to support JA Worldwide's complex business processes, including setting up a multi-lingual and multi-currency solution for 35 international users. They also integrated the Volunteers for Salesforce app. The migration was completed on time and on budget, resulting in a scalable solution that improved constituent management, donor engagement, and user adoption throughout the organization.
