Cadence Bank faced the urgent challenge of building a contactless Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan application solution immediately following the signing of the CARES Act. Cloud for Good implemented a new Salesforce Lightning application complete with custom workflows, integrations for digital signatures, and detailed reports and dashboards. This allowed Cadence Bank to launch its application in just 12 days. As a result, Cadence was early to market and successfully assisted over 4,000 business owners with their PPP applications, demonstrating a significant commitment to its community.
