BBYO drives 200 new membership sign-ups with Cloud for Good

BBYO, a global Jewish youth movement, faced the significant challenge of maintaining its community and membership engagement when the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of all in-person events. To continue its mission, BBYO partnered with Cloud for Good and its Salesforce implementation to pivot its operations to a virtual setting.

Cloud for Good's solution was the creation of the "BBYO On Demand" platform, which empowered teens to lead and submit their own virtual program ideas. This innovation led to highly successful virtual events, securing over 200 new membership sign-ups from a single event. The Salesforce technology also enabled improved donor segmentation and fundraising, helping BBYO manage its large network of staff, volunteers, and teen leaders effectively.
