After Breast Cancer Diagnosis (ABCD), a nonprofit providing personalized support to those affected by breast cancer, faced challenges with manual mentor matching, inefficient data tracking, and providing secure, remote access for its staff and volunteers. They partnered with Cloud for Good to implement a Salesforce-based solution to automate processes and centralize their operations.

Cloud for Good developed a sophisticated algorithm within a Salesforce VisualForce page to automate mentor matching and integrated a cloud-based call center using an AppExchange app. This solution allowed ABCD to more than double its mentor matches and efficiently handle thousands of helpline calls. The implementation saved costs by eliminating the need for a physical call center and provided robust reporting capabilities to demonstrate effectiveness to donors.
