Totaljobs Group Gains 30% More Applications from Mobile Devices with Cloud Elements

Totaljobs, the UK-based recruitment and job-posting group, faced a mobile conversion challenge: jobseekers had limited ways to attach a CV when applying on their phones. To remove this barrier and improve the mobile application experience, Totaljobs turned to Cloud Elements and its Documents Hub/API integration services to connect applicants with cloud storage providers like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Box.

Cloud Elements helped Totaljobs build a seamless mobile “Cloud Picker” workflow so users could authenticate, browse files, and upload a CV directly from their device. The result was a 30% increase in mobile applications, a jump in mobile conversion rate from 10.1% to 13.4%, and a 55% increase in weekly CVs collected from mobile devices, adding more than 500 CVs per week.
