This eliminated thousands of hours of manual data syncing for their customers. Internally, an automated workflow built with Cloud Elements reduced the time to manage support tickets from minutes to milliseconds per action. The solution gave the FieldAware product team bandwidth to focus on their core product while delivering their customers' most requested feature.
