BrightTALK, a marketing platform and webinar/video solutions company, needed a way to help its customers connect data across their marketing technology stack and integrate with systems like HubSpot, Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, and Pardot. To support this external API integration strategy, BrightTALK turned to Cloud Elements and its platform.
Cloud Elements implemented the integration layer BrightTALK needed, fitting into BrightTALK’s pricing model so integrations could be included in standard pricing. The results were strong: BrightTALK said that while it took about three years to build three integrations before, in just one year using Cloud Elements it built six more integrations, and more than one-third of its user base is now using them.
