ClearChoice, a dental implant center in healthcare and life sciences, worked with Cloud Compliance to address CCPA and CPRA data subject access request (DSAR) fulfillment for patient rights. Patient information was stored in Salesforce, but the organization had no DSAR automation in place.

Cloud Compliance implemented Privacy Rights Automation for portability and deletion DSARs, Data Retention for automated lifecycle management, and multi-format data extraction in PDF, CSV, Excel, and JSON with a metadata-driven approach. As a result, ClearChoice achieved CCPA and CPRA compliance, automated patient rights fulfillment, and saved hundreds of hours previously spent on manual DSAR processing.
